Deposit & Appointment Policy
Due to previous customers’ last minute cancellations and lack of commitment to their appointment. A small deposit is required to lock in your spot on the schedule. Once locked in, the deposit is non refundable if you cancel last minute/same day.
The deposit goes 100% towards the final price and helps establish trust, and commitment to the appointment. If you need to reschedule please get in contact 3+ days prior.
Please understand that when you book and are not serious about your appointment you are taking space and time away from both myself and someone who cares and values their vehicle and wants a professional detail. Serious inquiries only :)
